The Sol system is the system around the star Sol, typically called "the Sun".
It is home to several Human settlements, including parts of Mars, orbiters around Saturn's moon Enceladus, and the Human homeworld, Earth, which is inhabited by Gaiists and Survivalists. Earth also has an orbital habitat ring around it which is the home of the Samsara Project, a Human-led reclamation effort.
